As founder, President & CEO of Sutherland Corporation, Leslie is responsible for company vision and strategy, market development, corporate and partner program delivery, consultant management, and customer success.
A veteran marketer with over 20 years of experience, she has worked with a wide spectrum of industries, including software, hardware, networking, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and insurance. Leslie specializes in practical, performance-driven marketing, with expertise in strategic planning, international business, partner development, lead generation and corporate marketing.
Leslie has close ties with industry leaders and is actively involved in best practices formation for marketing and partnerships. She is a global board member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (A.S.A.P.), where she heads the strategic growth and development committee. She is a past board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and past-president of the Silicon Valley/Northern California Chapter of (A.S.A.P.). She is also a guest speaker on marketing at local colleges and universities.
Leslie has delivered six years of successful consulting for industry leaders such as Adesso, Apple Computer, Ascend Communications, Brio Software, Computer Curriculum Corporation, Cigna, Genentech, and Pacific Pay Video. As a corporate marketing executive, she's worked for Apple Computer, Ascend Communications, Bank of America, Business Objects, and NeoVista Software.
Leslie Sutherland holds a B.A. in International Relations from U.C. Davis. She has completed Solution Selling training and executive marketing courses at U.C. Berkeley. |
